Mount Pleasant are an acoustic live band headquartered in Whitley Bay, North Tyneside in the North East of England. The regular line-up consists of John (vocals and strings), and Bryan (drums and percussion).

The band can be found playing across the UK with a mix of original material and re-worked covers in their own unique style that make Mount Pleasant a great choice for all types of events from laid back intimate pub gigs to weddings and larger festivals.

Normally found in the North East as a two piece (John & Bryan), the band is also available to support all types of charity gigs and fundraisers.

The band also support and run a range of Buskers Nights across various locations in North Tyneside.
